Anybody think they just threw a giant turtle in there because its a benchmark? No one is going "OMG there's a Cactuar in the Shroud!"Its Aspid http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Aspidochelone
I hope these HNM are implemented in a way that are going to avoid HNM wars and RMT camping.

I dont think, they really wanted to put it out there and show us what's to come and trying to hide it. This mob is like 1000x bigger then any mob put in any FF games, just by the look of it on the screen it's almost bigger then area itself. I think they trying to tell us, are you ready to have a FULL FREE COMPANY EVENT with all your 100 members???

I think they're trying to tell us "we're putting a whole bunch of stuff on your screen to see how well the game runs" Cactuars and Delivery Moogles aren't just running around in the shroud. Either are giant, thousand foot tall turtles.

No one said, it was going to be in that area specifically ><;; But if it's on the video, I think it's in the game, I wouldnt see them wasting time creating creature they aren't gonna to implement somewhere in the game to be kill hopefully.
I guess only time will tell, you we can just ask for the Live Letter later...

They've resized monsters a million times in FFXI. You simply scale the model up or down- it didn't really require a lot of work.No one said, it was going to be in that area specifically ><;; But if it's on the video, I think it's in the game, I wouldnt see them wasting time creating creature they aren't gonna to implement somewhere in the game to be kill hopefully.

But rendering it for a the video, should require a shit lot time from what i see people do at my work. I will bet you my FFXI Kraken, this gigantic adamantine was a hidden sneak peak to some major battle
Also wasnt one of those FATE adamantoise fight published from SE and that one was 10x bigger then the little one roaming around one the gamepad video.

Iono what they do at your work..but for me it takes all of 5 seconds to rescale a model lol. Doesn't take much either for them to tell the program "hey, load this model at 2x scale size" and bam, that's it.But rendering it for a the video, should require a shit lot time from what i see people do at my work. Did you see Titan in FFXIII? Those giants in FF-Blood of Bahamut?I dont think, they really wanted to put it out there and show us what's to come and trying to hide it.
