well it's a good thing if you don't get in then beta is for finding bugs, giving feedback; not saving data.

That's not the point of a beta though. Beta is meant for stress testing servers along with free bug testing from the community.

Have you stopped to think that being legacy is a tell?

Even if they send the invites in waves, you should receive yours eventually, meaning no legacy player is worse off merely confirming their invitee status.

Otherwise, you might as well start denying being legacy as well.
