Feb 11th and still no new news

According to the next live letter post. The "theme"will be beta and official release. And it wont be until the 22nd of Feb, only 6 days before March. I don't want to get another bashing but I did say that in my opinion the beta wasn't going to be this month. Unless they plan to announce the phase 1 start with only an acceptance email and leave it at that. And the fact that this letter live is themed on BOTH beta AND official release begs to question if they are really going to tell they are behind schedule again.

I find it interesting that you are trying to see some sort of a conspiracy in the game coming out late. Yoshi-P and the dev team have been very up front and honest about their schedule. It was clearly stated that only when the game was up to Yoshi-p's standards would we be given access. There was NEVER a "The game will definately be available on such and such date".
If you can't stand waiting.. then go play a different game, your not being forced to play this one. Frankly, Id rather wait for a good game, then play one that was rushed out because fans are having temper tantrums.

If you want to call it conspiracy that is your problem. I am only making an observation and putting it down. Also, beta roadmap says MID-FEB not end Feb or later. And from what we know, they were supposedly on schedule when they released that roadmap.

What you people fail to realize is this: If they are indeed behind schedule again, it is not going to make the game look good. If the game doesn't look good to certain people, the game will have the same reactions as the 1.0 launch did. What happened to 1.0-1.23? Yea, do you see my point? I am telling you that they need to start sticking to their roadmaps or nobody but the hardcore FFXIV players are going to stick around while there are many other games to take up the place that XIV would have. I for one would stick around but the hardcore XIV players won't make a difference for the game and it will flop.
