Indeed. A great boss can really improve the output of the team working under him/her. The same thing happened where I work, my old (crappy) boss was replaced by an awesome one.

And if you go Japan check out McDonalds there lol... Their Teriyaki Burger is good... dunno why they don't bring it in the US McD's... orz Oh and if you order Big Mac in Japan... it's clean... nothing spilling over lol. Only downside about Japan (heard it's different now) their Large... is Medium or Small in the US... LOL feels that way imo...

O_o the donuts almost look normal.. they must have secrets.. I saw some really delicious looking donuts in Taiwan but I didnt know what they had in / on them.. Yeah.. no.. lol I'm just going to stick to the regular donuts XD
