I count around 15~ pizza's in that photo... Assuming there aren't more than 15.. and the average cost of a "large" pizza in Japan is somewhere around $27-$37 depending on toppings... Your looking at $450-$600+(Delivery charge & whatnot) for just 15 pizzas... 15 pizzas in the US would be around $150-$200.
