So no. The conspiracy theory doesn't hold water. Some content has been balanced down, some up,some has been left basically unchanged. That's all there's to it. Sorry to burst a bubble, but it's up to SE to identify the target of every piece of content. Demanding that everything should be balanced over your tastes is rather petty.
i guess the 5 person party with 1 mage that dropped the buffalo 3 times today were just that good. i can vouch for it because i was there. the buffalo is not harder by any stretch.
