    Tha'ts not really unlocking. basically all it means is "play one class for a bit, then you can play the others."

    I don't know about now but you could get to level 10 in a couple hours solo in 1.0 and that's being generous.

    It is unlocking because you can't play the class without doing its quest.

    I was under the impresson it was "get to level 10 and do the tutoial stuff then you can play any other class. You're saying that each one has an unlock quest now?

    I can see why you would think that, but it wouldn't make much sense for the rper. I haven't played the alpha so I don't know for sure if what everyone is saying is true, but that would sound cool, not conflict with what yoshida said and make the rpers out there happy.

    He played 1.0, so I assume he knows the difference between classes and jobs. He mentioned quests to unlock each class. He didn't go into details and I didn't ask. Guess we'll find out when we see for ourselves.
