Not sure i had to read it a few time i think he asking for a setup.exe "Like you said" file so he can download the game. In that case SE is giving everyone the 2.0 client for free download.

I was thinking early that he needed a way to get every patch of the game. Due to the fact that so many people still have shit internet or 250gb cap a month. But i think he asking for a setup.exe which is my mistake
