Seriously 3-5 minute repop on NMs?

Leaping Lizzy just like all NM's in XI will be recieving a Respawn time adjustment soon that could drop things like 24-1week Respawn times down to under 5 hours. And the stuff from 1-5 hours down to 15 minutes. SE is not going to be doing those types of mobs anymore. Its pretty Evident in how they are treating them in both XI and XIV.

then do that for FFXIV -.- 3-5mins is a joke they should do

Low ranks NM- 15-30mins
Med rank NM- 1-2hour
High rank NM-2-6hour

Then HNM with 2-8hours with a random window time.

This is very casual and the higher the NM are the harder they are to kill but still need to kill them within 30mins before they rage.
