Wonder if you can find a vertex and dance around the regions remixing each section's song up lol.The different samples certain give off separate feelings of very different viewpoints or sub-settings throughout the city, which then of course... makes me hope they've significantly expanded on the city while breaking it into these zones/sub-settings. For all the changes, the number of key or interesting features in Gridania didn't change all that much, though I do enjoy a lot of the new sort of camera's worth of views, especially the view from the Wailers' to the ferry and the like.
Be like Micky in Fantasia.. XD
"Market Wards!"
"Miners!"
"Markets!"

OP updated, sorry for the confusion about the song. I went to bed shortly after posting. xD
It's easy to listen to, at least at the start, fits the new era feel so, so far so good. There are aspects at times I would have changed but sounds good.
Kinda a mix of bastok (FF11), White knight chronicles, and chrono trigger? that's what it reminds me off anyway XD
It's good, but for LL I was kinda expecting a pirate type of music, but its still good.

So, I've listened to the new music, and it's pretty. But....
The 1.0 Limsa music was my favorite in the game. The way it slowly built up, the sound of blacksmiths smithying, the grandeur, the softer parts that make you want to look out to sea, and then the swelling of the music to evoke an emotional response. *sigh*
So I've spent the day going through my favorite tracks from 1.0; Limsa, the Goobbue theme and the Thanalan theme.
I MISS FFXIV SO MUCH!!
I loved that I didn't feel pressured or rushed to get the next thing done. I could craft, gather, do leves, do quests, explore the areas and get eaten by dragons![]()
I know some of you may scream 'casual player' at me, and that's fine. I am a casual player, and I accept that the game isn't necessarily going to cater to me. I just feel that 1.0 was very relaxing, and I am hoping that 2.0 has the same feeling.
I've spent the day with 1.0 music playing in the background, remembering all the fun times I had. And now I'm left with this terrible anticipation and impatience. I miss my Lalafell! I can't wait to get back into Eorzea and explore, find new friends, team up and defend my cities, have wonderfully competitive battles with my fellow adventurers, and be absolutely adorable while doing it!
Anyone else think they're going to have a hard time being patient for the next couple of weeks?

Everyone thought paid retainers and fantasia would be the end of it.
You were warned.
Cash shop in, TrystWildkey out.
Loving the new music production for ARR. Keep up the great work!
I'm loving how the OST's are sounding very Ivalice-esk. Great stuff music team. Keep it up!
