Hm i think a random animation (for the group) would maybe be cooler so that not everyone having the same job are doing the same animation.

for example there are 4 group slots.. and 4 different positions. its random in which position you will be shown as for the animation itself also.

Well I can just imagine silly things happening like a WAR spinning a great axe over his head with 2 fingers..
