Cat girls
Bunny girls
furry fetishes
all Greek to me.
Do we really need bunnies? I guess people could start link shells call Playboy Mansion and have nothing but Viera. Beyond that, what would bunny girls bring to this game? We already have tiny kid like race, cat people race, teenage humans, body building humans, super model elf people, and the super awesome Roe. Do we really need another race?
Guess I just don't see the interest in bunny girls.

I want to be a Bangaa!
By the way, don't google the word "Bangaa" for reference pictures. Holy cow.

Scary, no?

This.
However, back on topic... I'll admit, the Viera tribe as shown in FFXII were great and the quests relating to Fran and Jote were actually very well written (plus their hometown Eruyt was quite stunning in a Gridania kind of way)
But I reckon that since we have yet to see the Mi'qote in their historical environment (which I'm actually curious about) we should wait and see. I think it'll be better if they had their own unique place of origin that was separate from the Viera.
"After ten years, finally headed to Sharlayan... absolutely stoked"

I only read like the first couple sentences, but I've been in support of the "New Tribes" option since the beginning..

Really? This seems strange... if they do that then SE would either have to give the option for EVERYONE playing the game to change to that race, or suffer the moans of thousands of players who won't be able to use it unless they make another character. Frankly, I don't really care, but I know loads of people will.
i either need a Fran NPC in the main storyline or i need to be able to make a Fran of my own. i don't care how it's accomplished. MAKE IT SO.
