You may already know this, but if you wanted to keep your character then you can just change him into an elezen when ARR launches. We get to do that one time for existing characters

I will probably be starting over only because I dont have that much invested in my character unfortunatly. it all depends though, if I can transfer to a better server I might keep her. /torn

I'm attached to my old 1.0 character and he will remain my main for 2.0 for several reasons. But I definitely intend to play the male Roegadyn and the male Mi'qote (maybe even on different servers) just to get a feel for 2.0 as it looks through the eyes of a new player.
