while your playing JP PSO2 me I can't understand a bit of Japanese so I'm ontop of waiting for ARR waiting for PSO2 coming out in English >________>Excited, yes!
Mixed with a little apprehension since the expectation level is very high.
I've also been playing PSO2 with my LS, but it's more to stay in touch while passing the down time.
I'm eagerly awaiting the day we can spend time in Eorzea again. I miss it a lot.
And hope it will live up to expectations.
"Thy life is a river to bear rapture and sorrow
To listen to suffer to entrust until tomorrow
In one fleeting moment, from the land doth life flow
Yet in one fleeting moment for the new leaf doth grow"
A bit earlier in this thread Iron Soup mentioned that there is an English patch available. Maybe you could try that? ^^
I've pasted his message below.
I'm actually playing it with the non-official english patch available on the web. Each maintenance, there is a little tweaking to be done but its fairly easy. Of course, some things are still in japanese but the community provides the translations for items, skills, etc... So, it is very playable. I might actually miss the JP voice-acting when the US/EU english version comes out.
My OCD bookmarks at the top of my screen answer that for me:
"FFXIV EU Main Site, FFXIV Forums, FFXIV Developers Blog, All Games Beta"
I kinda keep twitching and checking them once or twice a day just to see if anything new has been posted about the upcoming BETA.
But, yes SUPER stoked for FFXIV:ARR.
"Giddy"?
The game is, like, months away. So, not really. lol Ask me again about a week before launch.
Sorry to break your fun a little, but you won't see her hop out of bed in the Inn in a whole new world...
You'll first see her reappear somewhere else though!
But yeah, me too! ^^
LOL cash shop! SE's way to tell their player how they appreciate them... pull the carrot and empty your pockets $$$
And to those who support it: you are kicking yourselves. -- We just need to sit back and laugh at people with cash shop items.
(Marvelous economics IQ test!)
I'm visiting a therapist because of how giddy I am.

Edit: nevermind, I found a guide.

I have a hard time not thinking about it. I look forward so much to stepping out of Limsa, the sun high, making sure my brand new lures are ready. I'll polish my luminary rod the night before to a brilliant sheen, its gold matching the brightness of the grassy hills of La Noscea. My fishing leathers will be oiled, my boots newly laced. I'll set off in search of new fishing spots, new fish to catch, and new friends to make on the hills.
I'll flip every table on earth if fishing isn't in beta 1. Just... all the tables.
*backs away slowly*
