Questions and Linkshells

Hey all, I'm Hei Zei ingame and just curious. How is the population on Fabul, and is there any secret to finding parties? I'm a 32 THM at the moment, and can't seem to talk to anyone in this game for the life of me. The party recruitment section is all but failed and noone uses it, and my Linkshell I have currently only has about 6 people in it and non of which play anymore

I'm also looking for a couple linkshells to work with people doing quests and grinding parties(if thats what people even do anymore to level up?) I'm not all about going to websites and extra curricular activities.. I'll gladly get in a voice chat program but I'm not much of a forum person.

Well, its like you said the search party is abysmal. You'd be welcome to give us a looksie (the url in in my signature) to see if we fit your needs. Yes, we level up, yes we still play (and have been since beta) but I'm not sure what you mean my extra activities.

Heh, by extra curricular activies I was referring to applying to website, filling out crazy forms and showing 3 forms of ID just to get into a linkshell

Heh, that's about par with 90% of the high end shells. Though I do wonder, what does it accomplish?

Yeah I know. I've never understood it either. I can understand ventrilo, skype, mumble or another form of voice chat for better communication, but when I am on the computer its to play a game not check in to some website and do chores before the game!

Running one of these so-called high-end linkshells myself, I can tell you what it does for us. It forces members to sign up to our website prior to joining the LS, which an important part of membership with us. Our website is the best way to get information to our members about events, and help build relationships with our members outside of the game. It's also very important for communication for the simple fact that our members are located across the globe.
