Whatever it is, it's great!

you can call a cat a dog but that doesn't make it one.

I'm pretty sure people are right when they say that dark dude on the horse was Odin but a few doubts cross my mind. Odin's horse had 6 legs in every other incarnation, Usually portrayed in white armor (and white horse), no other primals were shown during the last part, Could be a Garlean? The only thing's that make me think it is Odin is this is the first Horse mounted badguy(?), and the silhouette with the moon.

That music throughout the new section is great. Would love to hear the full orchestral versions live at a Distant Worlds concert.
If you turn up the volume and lean in towards the screen and really get immersed, its hard at some points to stop the goosebumps. I think the music helps join up the Odin > Behemoth > Crystal Tower just fine but my favourite part by far is the music played when we arrive out of the time shift.
On other things, i like that we get a glimpse of the PVP Colosseum in Limsa and the scale of the Crystal Tower.

Actually, no. Looking at images here, you can see that there already were some games where he is portrayed as riding a 4-legged horse. Also, the official concept art for Odin for FFXIV has him on a normal horse, too.
So yeah, that's definitely Odin. No idea why they ripped a pair of legs off.

I believe in Norse Mythology Sleipnir had 8 legs anyway, so 6 or 4 it doesn't matter.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. Like I said, I was sure he was Odin but there was room for doubt (some were thinking it was Louisiox?) The moon was the clincher for me. Just wanted to see what others thought about it and the basis for their doubts.Actually, no.
