I can totally appreciate why Japanese players only want to group with other Japanese players, I duno why so many non-Japanese speaking people have such a Hard-on for playing with Japanese, the majority of us don't speak the language so why does it matter ? (you're not guna get any cool points)

Actually there are a few. one was about seperate servers... over 500 replies.

This is really interesting I saw this thread and used google translate because regional servers is something that I would want as well, and I was pretty surprised by the amount of dislike of having to play on the same servers as Americans they have.

Gaijin literally means foreign man, or foreign person.

Gai = foreign

Jin = man/person, not necessarily male or female or singular or plural, that's usually determined by context/conjugation, but generally used to refer to the singular male

Depending on context it can mean anything from someone who's simply not a local, to an ignoramus from across an ocean.

Not trying to trolly-trolly-troll here, but if you're gonna try and translate something, for the love of God, at least have half a clue.

Btw if you can speak a little of jp they let you in the party i just google what they say and try my best. Then works pretty well but copy/ paste can be a pain but i enjoy playing with them there no lay back type of players and sometime you need that type of play.

Sorry, that's not true. I've been seeing it since release. Not as common as on ff11, though. I'm on karnak too, as you know.
