While applying for beta testing for PC/PS3, after completing the intro page of email and age and selecting next, the questionnaire page flashes for one second and then moves onto the submit page.

I have attempted to do this multiple times, every time the same result.

I tried for Firefox and Internet explorer...

This is not a huge pain since I am a double legacy member but I am very interested in testing the PS3 beta since I will be using both.

I'm not sure what the problem was for you however. :<
I had managed to do fine with the survey application route.

Hopefully, with the combined power of our asterisks we can summon a rep to shed light on this.
