So we didn't skillchain, MB, manage threat, keep debuffs up, keep buffs up(haste/refresh/ballad/acc/attk), ACTUALLY HAVE A TANK, stun weapon skills, -na, sleep adds, escape,dispel,actually have to pull properly,keep track of repop timers in our heads, pull at perfect times to keep the chain, skillchain and MB durning certain chains to keep the chain, blow cds for more durning certain chains to keep the chain, keep utsu up, keep third eye up, meditate, set up properly for SATA with a 1st voke, SATA + WS + position flawlessly or else the offvoker would die in 5 seconds + MP sponge, ichi/ni tank as a NIN(Hardest thing ever pretty much) or anything?

I guess tab - > 11111111111111 2 - > tab - > 1111111111111111123 while completely ignoring everything going on, no real tanks, not even caring if you have a healer 95% of the time, not even care about buffs, debuffs not existing, is ANYWHERE near that.

Wow sounds good...but on the other Hand, what are you doing here if you have everything you want in FFXI?
But you are right, its more of a Button smasher with no real meaning but its not the Casuals fault, its just bad Design or incomplete.
And the Rank or Lvl doesnt make sure the people "are also good at it", they just seem to invest plenty of time in that Game.

I agree with you on this on many different things. I don't think the basic's of grinding is flawed though. It takes just as long in both games.
