Well we did mention earlier the new headset system by sony but its a bit expensive right now. Hopefully it'll be reduced in a couple of years...

I do hope SE gets inspired by SAO, mainly on the crafter side. The way there are drops that only drop when the blacksmith is on the party, and how they can open shops and dedicate solely on their job, hiring people to help them get resources and that stuff. That's something only FFXIV could provide in nowadays MMOs.

But I know Yoshi wants everyone to focus a lot more in battle :/

I want to see really good food that come from rare mobs that just don't spawn that often is something you see maybe once in a while . Having a blacksmith while doing dungeon no thanks but fighting HNM or something like that i like to see.

As much as I love this new anime (and I never really watched animes but stumbled over this one) I'm not sure about its influence on FFXIV.

Personally though I really look forward to playing XIV and I can't fully discount that watching the whole series made me remember how I made close friends I still talk to and carry from game to game to this day, almost 9 years later, whom I've never even met in real life.

lol Uni, that would be hardcore xD but i doubt that what people want. Mostly is because theyw ant to experience the thing u got to do in MMOrpg like how the anime is, meet new friends, and meet them irl or something, those kind of memories.

Lol thats where dot.hack diverges from reality, cc corp never once got sued for the two incidents by the looks of it... SAO seemed reasonable since the creator of the game was also in it and was crazy so he wouldn't care about lawsuits...
