    What people dont seem to grasp is the world doesnt revolve around you, the longer it takes to gather, u will stretch a group FATE further for your own little idealism, remember dynamis or einherjar? Where you need to take airships and bboats? Then starting ttime would be 1hr llater than the scheduled time?

    The slower people gather, the longer the fight will take. This will strech even further in a nonprimetime hour and will ended up with ppl ggiving up waiting for ppl to gather. Im ssorry but archaic system of FFXI just doesnt work anymore.

    I said in Events like "FATE" that has a Route Pattern where Ul'dah has 1 now, Gridania has one 1 hour from the First and so on, then something Instant should be in placed ( Unless there's a Time limit to when you can do FATE again then there shouldn't be an instant tele). If there's a 2 hour gap between 1 FATE and another then you should have Plenty of time to get to the next one without insta tele.

    Some people don't have forever and a day to wander the landscapes while trying to link up with a party for a dungeon run. Geez. I don't see why people are so opposed to more options that have little to no effect on their game experience.

    I think you're exaggerating a bit... we have free teleports at the center of each map so it won't be that long of a run... free return to an inn in our town where we can switch towns if we are interested in going to a city... and have the ability to regen anima over time or earn them on hamlet if we absolutely must teleport ...

    All of what you said, is the main reason I don't want Anima! Now if they were to Balance it, I don't really have an issue with Anima then. but I would much rather have Spells/ NPC by gil Teleporting.

    That first statement could be reversed to you as well. "World doesn't revolve around you"

    You have your way you like to play and I have mine, they conflict in a way that only one can exist.


    Also FATE doesnt require parties, that's its whole point.

    Top of that FATE is just a random thing to do it's not the main point of the game. Rift have a system just like FATE which i bet is the idea SE got it from pretty much you can solo it or two man it each rift have it own level and element.

    FATE system is something you do while questing a FATE start around your area you stop doing your quest do that real quick and return back to questing that how i see the system turning out to be just other behest type thing.

    We all shouldn't forget hamlet would still be around to recharge anima on noncasual endgame players and casual end game players would already have restored anima..

    Also although FATE doesn't require parties fighting a FATE solo is crazy and parties are useful for revs and to teleport to the next fate when you're low on anima...

    I think I read that Hamlet is going to be an event more like FATE so your average player has a better chance of getting seals, so that might not have been true. This is referring to the ability to recharge anima.

    If they decide to use gil to pay for your teleports it would be a way to remove gil from the economy, although alot of people won't like it.
