    I have a very poor since in body and shape sizes and depth, so I would have draw and undo the face and hand mabye 30 times just to look like that.

    Just Photoshop, since its the program I'm most familiar with. There's other ones out there but I've been with Photoshop since 2002 as far as these kinds of programs go

    The bonus you have to drawing entirely digital is the ability to zoom out. It gives you a perfect way to check body proportions and what not. Also you can mirror/flip your drawings to see if something looks odd or not, and can always undo it. Since you have a tablet, try it out!
