    Is it just me, or being level 20 killing a lvl 20 mob seem FFXI hard to kill?( maybe even harder) Unless it's a Quest of sorts :O.

    I understand, but even so.. it's still a level 20 . I know there's going to be alot of Revisions, but it doesn't hurt to point it out =).

    Personally, I get a bigger kick out of watching an enemy's life bar get slowly chipped away a sliver at a time, rather than in giant chunks.

    Until you do that to a Dhalmel and it uses Healing Breeze. Ooh, those bastards!

    Those mobs aren't naturally level 20, they were lowered because it would have probably killed them otherwise. (One of the later Producer letters shows the adamantoise and all the people following him were afraid to go near them.) They probably also boosted the stats to make it more interesting.
