In my head they put that many lights so the ppl that work there don't fall sleep. Kinda like what the farmers do with the chickens.
Too bright for my taste...

true but they can lower the light level anyways so i don't see it a big issue. I mean most of them are working what 18+hours i think most of them would fall asleep matter if it to light or not i know i would lol

Some teaser chairs with random activation will fix the sleeping problems.

hai hai back to work /bow sorry sorry![]()
lol i don't think they work that much but then again i see it happening in NA you can't make someone work longer then the law say but it seem in japan they no such law top of that i think everyone is working even harder so the company don't go under due to a fail 2.0 release.
I guess that why alpha is so dam good with very little bugs and issue.

I don't know much about employment laws in Japan, but if an employee chooses to work longer because he wants the game to succeed why stop him.hai hai back to work /bow sorry sorry![]()

I live in Argentina and here you can't also force someone to work over their working time but the law accept that if the worker want to stay and keep working the extra hours that he do should be paid more that normal time, so in the end if something like a deadline on a project is near you can give your workers an incentive to work over the hours since they will make more money, but the worker always have the option to decline it.hai hai back to work /bow sorry sorry![]()

I don't know how is in japan but i don't think it's that far from what we have here... I'm guessing that SE is putting some big bucks to keep everyone happy working all day long...
