I found that only some of the question links actually brings me to the email contact form. I have not found any IM service. But now I've sent them an email, such a shame I'll have to forget about playing FFXI on Sunday. T_T

I found that only some of the question links actually brings me to the email contact form.

You don't wanna click on the question links. Underneath all of the links there is another Next button. That is the button you want to hit. Doesn't really matter anyways since there IM chat is only open Monday - Friday. But if the email you get doesn't fully resolve your conflict it beats having to shoot them another E-mail and waiting a couple days for another reply that might or might not fix your problem.
