Actually YoshiP stated on the alpha forums that people could say they were in the test.

(I'm guessing because of the fallout of so many inactives getting invited. I was skeptical at first since I am not in the alpha, but it is up there as stated by several other testers. Cool your jets.)

sorry i dont know whats going on on the alpha forums? besides what i said was just a joke, and what i said is still true. it IS in the NDA, I just didnt know what yoshi said on the alpha forums since, well, im not in alpha. So no jets need to be cooled here.
