Does anybody know if they actually sent out the emails today?

Yes, like 10 hour ago.

Who said anything is being carried over from beta to launch? The only thing I've heard that's being carried over is the way your character looks. They said they'll let you create your character and carry it over but you'll start at level 1.

I can't remember where did i read that sorry, maybe it was a dream xD.
