He was talking about people with "awful computers". By all means take that as "below minimum specs", which means he's talking about people that are not abiding by SE's guidelines to be in this test.

From day one all you've done is clutch at straws and cry because you haven't been selected, even going as far as to submit a ticket because you weren't picked. You need to knock off this entitlement crap.

I can guarantee that if you were picked you would be quiet about these issues, but as it stands you weren't picked and now you're (again) throwing your toys out the pram.

Computers below minimum specs won't be picked (what's the point in picking a machine that can't run it?) Lower end PCs however that can run it can also be classed as awful. Being able to run the game on minimum is still being able to run the game. So again, clutching at straws because you didn't get an invite.
