No it's not.

There are minimum requirements drawn out and the alpha application also states you have to meet the minimum specs.

If you say you don't care about problems that may affect others then it's probably a good that you did not get selected for testing. :/

He was talking about people with "awful computers". By all means take that as "below minimum specs", which means he's talking about people that are not abiding by SE's guidelines to be in this test.

And here you are, saying that those people are probably more deserving. Way to show that your opinion about me is more valid than a RNG.
