It's full on JP talk show, no subtitles, nothing.
It's on JP video site called nico nico douga and it's JP version of something like Youtube.
I'll just point out some stuff the talk show says but there is nothing special, new (regarding FFXIV)

Video is 30min long, first half of the video was just showing trailers...

Almost 15min and YoshiP not on the nico nama lol... they just showed the End of Era trailer and Limit Break Trailer so far and just the 4 guys hosting the show talking about what is going to happen to all the current character and reading that it's going to stay.

Minimum they talk in here is Core 2 Duo with GeForce 8800.

Another trailer at 16min, alpha black shroud pt2 trailer.... still no YoshiP lol - They talking how the hell is core2 duo processor going to run this game couple of times lol. Lots of the comments loving that piano BGM everyone on forums liking, then saying how the environment sound is built on each spots which must be really hard to do.

YoshiP finally coming up on 22:00 (8min left on video...)

Q1) Is alpha version's level, gear being carried over?
A1) No, it will be wiped. He does say since the guy on the right commented earlier saying for those playing current version didn't make alpha they are going to be sad, YoshiP replied here saying he's going to add more on 12/3. Then the guy on the right says, if current version still fails to make it then I'm going to laugh...

Q2) Can we see the actual machine that is running that is running the alpha?
A2) If you can provide the PC I'll bring it there so you can see. You can make a lot of detailed changes in the settings this time so you can lower the spec to make it possible. If you are going to make it playable in every country it needs to run in a low spec that's why we have it set low spec.

Q3) How are the users feedback on alpha test?
A3) Right now I'm watching this live while I'm in alpha test with other players. They are enjoying it a lot.

YoshiP since we talked about low spec I can prepare low spec, mid spec, high spec.

Guy on the right says something he shouldn't of said... lol

Then that was it... end of phone conversation.

Rest of the vid they just talking they just made a appointment to have him come down and show FFXIV working on the PC and going wow.... after talking about if it's going to run on a low spec they probably can run it on their laptops and play after lunch on the train and stuff as long as they have WiFi and saying how everyone can play till they walk into the office for work... then walking into the bathroom the first... lol

Yeah it was pretty interesting lol, as long as it works well on regular laptops, that's definitely the most optimized this game will get lol.
