Nah, is been like that with FFXI, it took me 2 years to try and play FFXI, i finally give up after i get my 8th Credit card, SE's billing system is by far the worst i have ever seen.

Was only able to sign up with FFXI when Yoshi came and take over FFXIV and change the billing system.
