I'm necroing, but only because I think this is a really amusing idea. It wouldn't have to be a whole 60 second transformation, maybe your char could start to levitate, and have their body turn completely white, then with a flash of light they could be back on the ground in the other job's gear. Would make more of a transition IMO. I mean, it's already pretty magical that we're able to carry all that gear in our bag anyway, and change our clothes in a single second without moving a muscle (just, you know, disappearing for a second). That's not exactly realistic. Might as well take it a step further, and use obvious magic to explain how on earth we can change every single piece of gear, in less time than it would take just to change our shirt in the real world.
