Vitamin T: 1000%*

Increases in experience have also been recorded, but are thought to be minimal.

The lodging of shells in the throats of box turtle connoisseurs is responsible for 37 KOs daily. Chew responsibly.

*Vitamin T has yet to be recognized by any Eorzean association outside of the Eorzean Association of Turtles.

Ah yes, turtles, my favorite quick +3% exp food. My only regret was that I couldn't eat tarantulas and grass vipers as well.
