Yeah, and if that permission has been given anywhere that the general public can't access (whether it's the alpha forums or the alpha itself), mentioning it, no matter if in cryptic terms, is a breach of NDA.
what about blogs that posted NDA content? sure I see one up till now...SE can do nothing? LoL

If you mean content of the NDA itself (IE. the rules) then it's no breach, as it's publicly available.
If you mean blogs that publish content covered by NDA (pictures, movies. impressions, any kind of info and what not) SE can technically bring them to court and ask for damages. The blog owner/writer could wiggle out of the worst part of the trouble by demonstrating that the content posted was provided by someone else and that he didn't personally sign any NDA, but if he did sign the NDA he's pretty much nailed.
In any case SE can send a Cease and Desist letter to the blog owner, in which case the content has to be taken down, because it's infringing on Square Enix's intellectual property.
if it's not taken down, then SE can bring the blog owner/writer to court.

NDA content as in the terms of the NDA or alpha test material not released by SE?
Here's a little story from 1.0 alpha-
Some guy thought he was being super-clever by showing a live stream of him playing. He had his alpha account terminated and here's his open-ended Baw-fest

Moral of the story: NDA breakage, not even once.
Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of another, always at the same time as an end and never simply as a means
Oh, Pookyopoo. So he DID get nailed. I wondered for a bit, then I stopped caring.NDA content as in the terms of the NDA or alpha test material not released by SE?

Lol yeah and then not long after his nailage, I think it was within hours the letter came up lol but I think this one is different from the original because he was asking for his account back at one point D:

SE doesn't have eyes everywhere on the internet. Probably they don't know if no one reported it.
Mind you, he does tell something that makes sense, between all the blabbering:
That's exactly why people that got into the alpha test are so eager to be confrontational, smug and insulting towards those that dare to be disappointed because they didn't, to the point of calling them whiners, crybabies and worse.I know how important and regal it is to be one of the only people allowed to test a game before it comes out. The feeling can sometimes be intoxicating and addictive. This leads you to become extremely possessive over the game, and any action that will remove even a tiny bit of that feeling away would cause you to go into an almost offensive mouth foaming rage, metaphorically speaking of course.
It's truly a despicable attitude, but this very forum shows the evidence that this community is far from free from it.
alpha test material,picture..ofcourse the UI/name already blurred.... its weird its still up...lolNDA content as in the terms of the NDA or alpha test material not released by SE?
