For you. I made serious cash farming. Got well into the millions. And didn't have to be bothered with "Look for ingredient A, Buy ingredient B, blah blah blah. Again, it's all about preference.
It's pretty profitable as-is. I had to pay some serious cash at times for crafted weaponry, items, and even food!
Also we shouldn't forget about commerce! The art of trading, buying and selling is a very valuable skill to have.
Indeed. One thing I will admit though is that farming is a much more lazy way to go about it, lol. Well crafted items, however, sell for a LOT of gil. So I might pay a bit more attention to crafting in ARR. It's just that I get antsy and want to go adventuring after the 20th crafted item. I have mmo ADD, or something like that.
