Oh my thread is back again.I agree with the OP. It is pretty annoying to see those who logged on a few hours during launch and then never touched the game get an invite. I have already seen on other forums posts like "I got an invite, too bad I'm not gonna play it". What's the point of inviting people like that?
Anyway i want to remember to all, that i'm not complanining about the fact that i didn't receive the invite
(ill try the alpha anyway ... :P ) but becaus IMHO it's just wrong to give the access to people that played a few of hours.
Yeah we believe you. You would have made this thread even if you got into alpha right?

Well to be honest maybe not. Or at least not asap as i did..
But after hearing that many people with inactive account, that just registred the game without even logging in 1 time got the invite, well i think yes then.

Oh? Would you preferred 10 hours? 40? Must have cleared Ifrit 20 times?
"Who is worthy!?"
Why wiuld it be needed to play an old game a certain amount of time to test and sit around for a new one at SE's request?

For a few hours i mean ppl that logged in 1 time, said: ok this game is sh*t.
Then after an apply (with inactive account . . .) they can log over, who paid and enjoyed this game..
This is simply not right IMHO.

They are also a much larger crowd than your adherents. Besides, if the testers do not show up, SE asks for more. If they do, can you honestly say they aren't interested?
C'mon this is only Alpha. Let them laugh. They may play Alpha for a few weeks now but they can only jump around in Gridania and give their feedback to the game, which is as I hope not too bad -.-'
But as the game finally releases you can laugh at them, because you got legacy and only have to pay 9.99 € and they need to pay the full price and don't have a cool legacy chocobo
I hope we can join in Beta, sure - I want to help them testing too but we were not lucky enough.
...2-3 months till Beta :P man I can't wait...
