When is the next phase anyways?

If I recall correctly, this phase of the alpha will get more invites, because it's a stress test on several zones (they are aiming to have max server capacity, around 5k players on 2 servers, that's 10k), and also they want to test EU/US latency and whatnot, so I think during this week there's a chance more invites are sent.

Uhhhhh.... As I understand it they are using ALL servers in ALL regions at the present time. That is room for many thousands of players... however they are sending invites out on a trickle basis over the duration of the test. So the current invites are only to a few of the players they expect to invite. It is weird the way SE is doing this test. It is not a true Alpha test. They are sticking in parts of Beta as they go along and testing game-play and other features. This is actually more like a Beta test. BTW Yoshi said they will give just about everyone a chance to play. I know this sounds like a contradiction when long time players do not get invites, but I think SE wants to maintain credibility over the hiatus.
