I wonder what the ideas of having a new race would work. Say if down the line a new race happens, and someone really wants that race, but doesn't want to buy a new char, could they pay a price to change races?

Depends on which plan you're on though. Only Legacy and Standard get 8 slots per server, so if you're on Entry plan, you won't be able to have more than one character per server.

A mix between Viera and XII moogle would be nice. The moogle in XII are very bunny-like

Delete the pom-pom, make them bigger and less fur and it should be ok.
