PT Buff is overpowered

Not true. Plenty of people do traditional grind PTs. I see shouts all the time of people forming PTs to grind on raptors in Coerthas.

In FFXI, people found party camps and spread the word because party camps were the most efficient way to level. In FFXIV, linking levequests is the most efficient way to level.

I still can't judge them until SE finishes placing the foundation. Hard for me to say its OP if the game is still being changed drastically.

This is true. It could be that SE's idea is Step 1: Make sure it works, Step 2: After we're sure it works, make it challenging.

If that's the case, better level as much as you can before SE balances things.
