Seriously 3-5 minute repop on NMs?

Lizzy boots were level 7, and for many jobs they were good all the way up to the 60s or 70s.
Emperor's Hairpin was level 24, and for many jobs it was good even at level cap.

... and your point is?

Does any of the current NMs drop anything at all that you can use at level 50 (best in slot for a certain class)?

If yes, then your point is valid and they should increase the timer.
If no, you have no idea what you are talking about and should stop crying.
