    They said they will be distributing a new download client. It was also mentioned that yet, there will be an upgrade possible for players to the ARR CE.

    Where was it mentioned we'd have to pay for an upgrade to the CE? We already bought the CE (and paid for that upgrade back in 2010). If we don't have to repurchase the game client, why would we have to repurchase our upgrade to CE?
