they are obviously looking for something to replace any of the games they mumble threw.

How about instead of cloning a game, do what WoW did the first time - what made it so popular in the first place.

Took a bunch of good ideas and made them better.

Step 1. Be a well known company.
Step 2. Don't completely copy another mmo.
Step 3. Cater almost completely to casual players, making almost everything accessible and easy to obtain.
Step 4. Have interesting world, lore, classes and enemies, good UI, above average battle system.
Step 5. Have a very solid pvp system that anyone can enjoy.
Step 6. Swim in your infinite income.

I'm looking forward to it. I've tried to play it, but the art style/environment held me back, and cluttering UI (UI mods it seems). Although I really enjoy the warcraft III and dota game (and WoW tcg too!)

MMO's today need more end game stuff to do since some people live their life on MMO's. We all know that to be true and thats one thing FFXIV didn't really lack but heres hopeing to it getting better! ^.^
