Seriously 3-5 minute repop on NMs?

I am, because I understand that these NM's are not supposed to be considered on the same Esteem as things like Tiamat. These are Tom-Tit-Tats. You don't intentionally camp them for their drops, they are just random encounter NM's that you go "Oh hey an NM" when you are exploring and kill at your leisure.

Dude, Tom-Tit-Tats makes these nms LOOK like Tiamat. Obviously no one is exploring and killing it at leisure people are freaking out running all over for NMs to kill like it is endgame..
