I can't stand most pseudo-game style PvP, capture the flag and king of the hill knockoffs, but I hope they make the Coliseum available for PvP battles. Tournaments would be a great addition.

I don't mind about it at all. Tournaments sound nice too but I hope it doesn't end up like FFXI again where no one wants to play PvP anymore.

It could happen most of the fan base is FFXI players and don't like PVP. I myself only enjoy playing PVP in WoW or Rift never enjoy it in FFXI. If FFXIV make it good but don't have open pvp/dual system i'll love it i can go to a area and only do PVE stuff then get bored and go to a pvp area and fight there with my friends.

In FFXI it never work because how dam slow the combat is i myself play ffxi again and i say how did i enjoy playing this for 6years o.o. I don't like wow speed in combo due to all the pressing keys but i do enjoy ffxiv speed even tho it seem the speed little faster in 2.0 the TP issue would make us not spam all day long so it cancel it out.
