End of Era trailer obsession

Hi my name is Ody, and I am addicted to the End of an Era trailer..

I had it playing on my phone while driving to and from work. Plus I fell asleep to the trailer on repeat last night... <,< Good thing the Distant Worlds Concert on March 21rst is playing Answers. VIP Seats baby!

Yeah, I've been a little obsessed with it. Especially the first few days.

I woke up my friends to watch it. They didn't mind.

My favourite part I think is after the key fires out, and Answers kicks into serious overdrive and it quickly zooms over Dalamud and it's cracking apart.

I think what made this trailer so special is because we all felt that immense pressure of Dalamud bearing down on us for so long, and then it was like all the pressure was released all at once.

I think that's the most intense feeling I've ever had watching a trailer. It was like a culmination of all the years emotions.

I can't articulate what I mean, I don't think anyone could. To those of us who have played XIV and been involved with it for a long time, that trailer meant things that words can never describe.

That's why I think so many people are obsessed with it.

Oh, I also have an obsession with Apocalyptic and post Apocalyptic fiction... so yeah, this was basically awesome for me.

You know, I think this requires some more thought.

I mean, you could say Bahamut just went for the guy that was making the big blue shield....but I think there was more to it. Out of all the combatants, out of all the places Bahamut could quickly go to (Remember, he went to Limsa and back in record time), he chose to deal with Louisoix.

Could he smell the God on him?

Ya, I have to agree the CS was very, very well, done. Despite initial hiccup of all server traffic at final event, I mean you couldn't have orchestrated a better build up to an epic next chapter, Bravo SE. That's the best shit I've seen in 2 years, and that's saying something! I really can't wait for ARR, many thanks.
