What kind of house will you buy on 2.0?

Did he change how much they cost? cause i didn't read or see the latest producer letter. But i remember him saying in a producer letter a long time ago that ppl will have np being able to afford the medium size house. Now he's saying that ppl that have saved up there gill in 1.0 might, if there lucky, have enough money to buy a small size house? Did he just decided to make these things uber expensive or what?

We will be lowering the value of gil in ARR, so this is quite difficult to say, but a couple of level 50 players that save up their gil can get an S-sized house.

A player who gets his first class to 50 (a fighting class) probably won't have much money. Maybe 100k (ARR gil) if he/she saves some money.
And some of them together should be able to buy a small house. So a small house could cost maybe 500k ?

Pretty sure they are going with the grades, the pic of the S sized house they showed was absolutely massive and I'm sure that was the one they were talking about when they said it'd take a few lv50s to save up for it.

With S-size they mean "small". In German translation if the Q&A they don't use S-size but just small. So this should mean small. And in the live letter they showed a picture of a large house. They said that this is a picture of a large house which has even a balcony and those can be used only for FC at start.
