There are only two things in ARR that have me as anxious and excited as a little kid and that is housing and jumping. It would be absolutely perfect if we could put our retainers inn our homes.

i think that is a pretty average bank roll for most players at the end of 1.0.. i really hope small houses start somewhere in the 250k range (in ARR gil) i just dont want to have to scramble to raise a ton more gil just to feel like i am not behind again

I doubt small houses will be excessively costly. They need to balance costs over new players, not over the veterans that got saved with 100 millions in their pockets.

I saved just under 60mil in OldBucks. I'm hoping 6ishmil in NewGil is enough for a decently sized house.

lol! I'm thinking the same thing. Should be no problem depending on what kind of permissions you can put on the house. Sounded like you could do more then just "1" more person. (Ownership/permissions seemed to be well defined).

"Large" houses are going to be crazy though . . in a few years no doubt larger will happen .. Its going to be awesome and also remove all the gil from the system at once XD (Large might just be called a city.. XD)

Whats the purpose of owning a house? Does it give a character more storage space?
