    They should add hats too.



    Make it free to play, and then have players pay for keys to open loot boxes that randomly spawn nearby. WHAT'S INSIDE? COULD BE ANYTHI- oh it's just scrap. OH WELL.

    Then the economy would turn to hat trading.
