    Once it goes global it doesn't usually go back to region lock unleess something terrible happens to zee servers then that could happen.

    Unlikely. It's going to be Alpha for a week or two > Downtime > Beta. There won't be constant ARR pre-release to play. They may do it that way but it's very unlikely for them to transition into each other like that.
