You were the one who started off by saying how she dressed was not empowering. I spoke specifically to that. If can get you a fan-base which, in today's world, is just about all the power you need. I'd say that 200k people liking your facebook page is pretty empowering for anyone looking to have notoriety.

You are the one who thinks money = power. If you read my post you'd agree to this. That combined with this most recent response only solidifies this point. That's fine, but that isn't how the world works and I showed you how it really just creates an invisible ceiling but you didn't pay attention to any of that as you didn't not respond to it.

I wonder why the objectification of women is less important than in-game marriage.

I'm a bit concerned for it, however this game isn't like TERA, and I think the developers have some taste when making gear :P

Yes... it's curious, isn't it? You are right, I think I might be a bit 'sheltered' since the only other MMO's I have played were FFXI and TOR, so I am used to that style of gear/dev team attitude, and expected more of a Final Fantasy treatment of women. I mean, for example, I quite enjoyed playing Dead or Alive... the boob jiggling was not my cup of tea, but hey, it's DoA and you know what you're getting. With Final Fantasy this isn't what I was expecting from the dev team.

I'm getting overly worried it could get worse, but there's no way to know that at the moment. Just to wait and see

Besides Fran, maybe lulu the others are more modest then what we have in FFXIV. (Dont count FFX-2 because its not even the same world anymore :/ , obvious their target audience changed for that game).
